Daimler Truck AG ve Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş.’nin her çalışanı işlediği verilerin ve bilgilerin yasalara uygun ve etik olarak doğru bir şekilde ele alınmasından ve bunların güvenliğinden sorumludur. Bu nedenle çalışanlarımız söz konusu yönetmeliğin gerekliliklerini yerine getirmekten ve bunun dışında ilgili bölümlerin ilgili girişimlerini desteklemekten sorumludur.

Bilgi güvenliği yönetim sisteminin iyileştirilerek sürdürülmesi yönünde unsurlar (bilgi güvenliği farkındalığının desteklenmesi, bilgi güvenliği ile ilgili risklerin proaktif yönetimi, yasalar ile birlikte sözleşmesel uyum taahhüdü bulunan standart/çerçevelerin takibi, kurumsal politika ve prosedürlere uyumun gözetilmesi vb.) etkin bir şekilde ele alınmaktadır.

Ayrıca Daimler Truck AG ve Mercedes-Benz Türk, bilgi güvenliği amaçlarını etkili ve verimli bir şekilde uygulamak için, bir Bilgi Güvenliği Yönetim Sistemi (BGYS) şeklinde olan sistematik bir yaklaşımdan faydalanır. Bunun amacı iş süreçlerini desteklemek ve bilgileri mevcudiyet, dürüstlük ve gizlilik açısından korumaktır. Daimler Truck AG'nin BGYS sistemi aynı zamanda bilgi güvenliğini sağlamak için ISO/IEC 27000 norm listesinin uluslararası olarak tanınan standartlarını baz alır. Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. de Daimler Truck AG Bilgi Güvenliği Yönetim Sistemini benimsemekte ve uygulamakta olup, ayrıca kendi içerisinde işlettiği bu sistemi ISO/IEC 27001 Bilgi Güvenliği Yönetim Sistemi standartı kapsamında ilgili kurumlarca belgelendirmektedir.

At the same time, customers and employees expect their data to be handled securely by our company.

The Daimler Truck AG and Mercedes-Benz Türk are committed to handling information and data in a responsible, lawful and ethically correct manner and adopt a corporate data and information policy for this purpose. All employees of the Daimler Truck AG and Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. are responsible for the compliant and ethically correct management and security of the data and information they handle. Therefore, all employees are obliged to follow the requirements of this policy and to support any related initiatives of the units responsible.

Factors for the continuous improvement of information security management system (supporting information security awareness, proactive management of risks related to information security, monitoring of standards/frameworks with contractual compliance commitments and laws, monitoring compliance with corporate policies and procedures, etc.) are handled effectively.

Furthermore, in order to implement information security objectives effectively and efficiently, Daimler Truck AG and Mercedes-Benz Türk utilize an Information Security Management System (ISMS) as a systematic approach. The system is designed to assist with business processes while protecting information in terms of availability, integrity and confidentiality. The Daimler Truck AG's ISMS is based on the internationally recognized standards from the ISO/IEC 27000 series for information security. Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. is affiliated to the Daimler Truck AG's ISMS and implement it, and also certifies this system which it operates within, by the relevant institutions within the scope of the ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System standard.
